Sometimes, you hear a cool track on Youtube or on TV and you go find it, but disspoints you badly when you listen to it in full and in better quality. Well, these next tracks i found them on places i wasnt expecting to find anything worth getting and i did, and boy, i wasnt disappointed.
The first track is by british duo, Futurecop!,
who share a passion with 80's pop culture and that refelcts itself on their songs. Even though this one is remixed by the Cryptonites (a swiss duo), you can clearly see whats their style.
With a soothing synth and beat, it builds up to stutterness, guitar lines and then a little calm, until a new build up and something that i didnt hear when i heard this on the Heads We Dance Sci-Fi Mixtape (where i heard it first):
somekind of string instrument, most likely a tweaked violin. And it fits perfectly into the rest of the track, and goes all the way to the end.
And here it is:

The second track is a track with one of the longest names ive ever seen. It is made by America indie pop group Black Kids, in which only 2 of them are actually black:
and it is remixed by The Twelves, a brazilian duo (didnt knew this until the moment im typing this, as i googled them up to help me out).
Whilst the original is your "dream girl" pop song, The Twelves take it to another level, using a 80's synth and making it a more disco song, even though the vocals remain untouched.
This on Fifa 09 (where i found it), goes very well. Actually, i recommend getting the Fifa 09 soundtrack, with some great songs there, that go from The Bloody Beetroots to The Whip to Sam Sparro.
Anyways, here it is: (and youll see why i call this one of the biggest track names ive ever seen)
