XX-Rated

London band The XX are turning a lot of heads at the moment. Their self titled debut album has been praised by many as the best of the year and their remix of the new Florence + The Machine single has taken the blogosphere by storm. Not only that, they've got their fingers firmly on the pulse as far as picking remixers is concerned, having new kid on the block and one of my big tips for next year Pariah (think J Dilla meets Benga) among others remix their single "Basic Space". This band are blowing up fast, so become a fan quickly while it's still cool to like them :)
