After a little deserved break for me, here’s the final part of the I love techno review.
Starting with Vitalic:
Pascal Arbez promised to bring his game, and boy he did. He brought his team and gave us the liveset we were all waiting for. Cutting up his new album and mixing it with his early work into one visually pleasing liveset. Highlights were: La rock, Flashmob and an incredible outro with My Friend Dario.

My journey then brought me to the likes of Boys Noize, Zombie Nation and the Bloody Beetroots:
Boys Noize had his new album to entertain us and he had to prove he deserved to be the headliner of the evening. He was awesome like the previous 3 years. And here’s the I love techno anthem by Boys Noize from this year’s edition.

Zombie Nation’s live act wasn’t what I expected from it, so I left early to make sure I had a great spot at Fake Blood’s performance. Too bad I had to watch The Bloody Beetroots in the process, they just dropped Cornelius and Warp (something I could relive at every party I’d go to).
Fake Blood on the other hand was something else, he was by far one of my 3 favorite performances of the evening (along with Yuksek and Vitalic).
Why, you ask? He didn’t posses the ultimate skillz like A-Trak, he didn’t have real banging tunes like Boys Noize, hell he didn’t even look as cool as Deadmau5. But he was damn CONSISTENT. The entire set kept me moving for almost two hours in a row and I never got bored once. The mix between tribal drums & rhythm and the electro tunes were all interesting and all of the songs he played were relatively unknown to me. Highlights were the original vs. Jack Beat version of Mars and the fix your accent EP songs.
Fake Blood - Mars (Original Version)
Fake Blood - Mars (Jack Beats Remix)
and some more tracks:
Fake Blood - Blood Splashing (Fake Blood Theme)
Armand Van Helden - I Want Your Soul (Fake Blood Remix)
And as an extra, this nice Boys Noize – Fake Blood mash-up: it doesn’t pack the punch any of the originals do, but it is really cleverly made.

I ended the night with some Tiga & Brodinsky and went home to dream about one of the greatest parties in the world.
That’s it boys and girls, see you next year with another review.
ps: I kept the Fake Blood songs downloadable for a while for the lucky ones, but had to remove them cause we might get in trouble. (they are however available for the smart ones amongst you or the ones who contact us).
Enjoy, Mr. Brown
