Oldies and Newbies

Anyone watch the Daytona 500 last night? Crazy stuff.
Also, hope you had a good Valentines Day/Singles Awareness Day/Sunday yesterday.

Now, onto our tracks.

The first one is a somewhat new track, the Mighty Mouse remix of Ali Love's "Love Harder".
It is a simply brilliant track, loaded with smooth disco vibes and an amazing synth at about 4 and a half minutes in.

Now, a timeless classic. I first heard this track a couple days ago, whilst watching a documentary on house music, (one day ill make a post specifically about that movie) and i loved it from the first moment, especially the bassline.

It is considered the first ever house track and the grandaddy to most of today's music, its Frankie Knucles' "Your Love".

And to finish it off, an exclusive.
We have been praising the Galactik Knights quite a lot in recent times and its time to praise them again, in what is probably their best remix yet, and the original is by another electronic music great, Giorgio Moroder.

If you've ever seen the movie Scarface, you will know this one. The original "Push It To The Limit" is fantastic on its own, but GK added some more beat and extra "umpf" to it.

I know this a very love related post, but i was planning to post this yesterday, just didnt have the chance to.

Enjoy!

Warm in the shadows,
Alex.
