Thony Ritz

Well as you can see on our finder, somebody bought us High Future in 192... well sorry, I'm not actually posting that. I've got some other great stuff that seems to be in high demand, but low availability.

I dunno about you, but Rockin' Feeling to me is the perfect embodiment of everything good that's ever been in house music. Funky themes, rocking guitars, complexly layer-ed samples (I tried recreating it myself in Acid. GENIUS arrangement), and a driving beat. It's my ideal workout. The BPM is just right for about every physical activity I do. I wanna give a shout out to Mushywaffles who got the track for me. Mushy started a blog too, and if you'd like to start following it, check it out.

You is less funky, but more emotional, and features the same layered sampling and house aesthetic.

I've got a couple more in 128, but I'm going to see if I can't track 'em down in 192kbps or higher first :)

Boba out.

The Axel Le Baron remix of Thony Ritz's "High Future" is damn good. As for the original, I sort of like what I heard from the in-studio video clip much better (not to say that the final product is bad).

All in all, though, I really enjoyed the High Future EP. Not available outside of France (so I had to make use of some French connections to purchase it), but it was well worth the money and the extra trouble.
